"Brandy,"
was purchased in 2000. I went to the farm where she was residing
and saw a pitiful sight. She was malnourished and loaded with worms. I went home and thought I can not leave that horse there, so I phoned the owners and said, "I will take her,and her colt!" We went there ten days before bringing her home to give her a four way injection. It was then that I looked at her papers and darn near peed myself with excitement. Brandy thisrag-a-muffin standing out in the field was a fairly well bred mare. The day we picked her up we dewormed her, and she seemed to start gaining weight the very next day. Brandy is doing very well now! She currently has given me four outstanding foals. We left Brandy open, and will breed her back to Eyed Luva Diamond for a 2006 foal. You can see photos of Brandy's "rescued" state. Click Here |
